Job Responsibilities:
∎ Description:
∎ • Ensure the daily available manpower capacity based on the total hours of the available Technicians
∎ • Monitor and follow up on work progress for each Service Controller to ensure completion of the job on
∎ time
∎ • Prioritize the job according to promise delivery time given to the customer by a service advisor
∎ • Monitor the Dispatching of repair order (job card) to specified service controller who will assign to
∎ technician/technician leader according to skill and job nature (quick, major, a safety inspection or
∎ sophisticated repair).
∎ • Ensure the Maintaining of Daily Management System (DMS) software and Job Process Control Board
∎ (JPCB)
∎ • Responsible for follow up of the incidences and causes of job stoppages in DMS, Repair Order (RO) &
∎ JPCB and find out counter measure.
∎ • Monitoring prioritizes waiting customers, repeat repairs and carry over work
∎ • Keep Service Advisors inform when no more work can be taken based on available hours
∎ Ensure the Maintaining accurate time keeping records by all technician’s clock on and off for all RO.
∎ • Ensure maintaining of temporary off the time and engaged technician for the next job.
∎ Generate daily report for management on technicians’ productive hours, idle hours and sold hours.
∎ • Maintain close communication with parts department to ensure the availabilities of spare parts.
∎ • Keep Service Advisors informed of job delays and any additional work required
∎ • Ensure the smooth distribution of all sublet repairs
∎ •Randomly check and compare between service advisor advice and technician job is done. Also, check & compare technician job done & labor charge.
∎ •Responsible for pre-delivery confirmation and sign in the desired place of RO.
∎ • Find out countermeasure for any irregularities and report to service manager.
∎ • Quick response to the complaint of assigned employees (e.g-Foreman, tech. tech.-leader, cleaner
∎ & peon) & report to service manager.
∎ • Communicate with training manager or warranty processor (administrator) for any sort of technical
∎ advice and assistance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Possess good people handling and leadership skills.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Good administrative skills.
