Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Good to have mathematical/Statistics background.
∎ Experience in leading and managing a team of customer care. Lead and manage 10 - 15 members team.
∎ Follow up & monitor each and every customer care executive's activities, customer's orders and technical team's support & service.
∎ Strong experience in lead conversion, through outbound and inbound calls. Making outgoing call, convincing customer, making customer happy and getting sales.
∎ Ability to manage customers, service partners, drivers and other stakeholders.
∎ Nice voice and clear pronunciation in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to write correct English and Bangla fluently, ability to speak English and Bangla in voice.
∎ Ability to respond immediately to customers over voice/chat based on customer orders or enquiries.
∎ Manage full cycle of a service request from order to completion.
∎ Ensure highest quality support and service to customers.
∎ Present daily achievement report, weekly KPI reports to management as part of weekly review.
∎ Prepare and provide reports on customer service orders, completion and also determine and validate on service charges.
∎ Must be Result and target oriented, must be willing to go extra mile to achieve goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ BIG plus if experienced in automotive sector.
∎ Diploma/BSc in automobile will get additional preference.
∎ Must have skill on computer like MS Word, XLS, Power Point and other software.
∎ Good Communication skill on Bengali and English.
∎ Reporting and presentation skill.
∎ Sales experience would be a plus, experience in established call center is a plus.
