Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising & Implantation of Garage Management Process at the Zantrik Digital Garages.
∎ Ensure the daily available manpower capacity based on the total hours of the available Technicians.
∎ Monitor and follow up on work progress for each Service Controller to ensure completion of the job on time.
∎ Ensure the Maintaining of Daily Management System (DMS) software and Job Process in Zantrik App.
∎ Preparing quotation and bidding documents for corporates and govt. organizations.
∎ Quick response to the complaint of assigned employees (e.g-Foreman, tech. tech.-leader, cleaner & others).
∎ Take care of all types of vehicle repairing and maintenance services.
∎ Sourcing spare parts at the best price in the least possible time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ ? Graduated from Mechanical/Electrical/automobile engineering discipline from any local or foreign reputed University.
∎ ? Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in reputed automobile garages, 20 years' total experience is preferred.
∎ ? Experienced in Hybrid, Hi-tech, and European cars and the latest automobile technology is a big plus.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
