মাদার কোম্পানীর সাথে অফিসিয়াল কমিউনিকেশন মেনটেইন করা।
কাস্টমারদের অভিযোগ গুলো ভালো মতো শুনে সমাধান করা।
সার্ভিস টিম পরিচালনা করা।
সার্ভিস টিমের সাথে রেগুলার মিটিং করা।
কাস্টমারের ইনভয়েস/বিলিং করা।
