• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent research skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.

Job Context: As an SEO Intern, you will assist in optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, keyword research, content optimization, and data analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. On-Page SEO Optimization:

• Assist in optimizing website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headings.

• Research and implement relevant keywords to improve search rankings.

• Analyze and improve website structure, URL optimization, and internal linking.

• Optimize images, alt text, and website loading speed for better performance.

2. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and assist in link-building strategies.

• Identify and reach out to potential guest blogging opportunities.

• Engage in directory submissions, social bookmarking, and forum participation.

• Assist in managing local SEO efforts, including Google My Business optimization.

3. Content & Keyword Research:

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.

• Suggest content topics based on SEO trends and search intent.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly blog posts and web pages.

4. Technical SEO Assistance:

• Help in monitoring and fixing website technical issues (crawl errors, broken links, etc.).

• Assist in optimizing website mobile-friendliness and Core Web Vitals.

• Learn and implement schema markup and structured data techniques.

5. SEO Analytics & Reporting:

• Track website rankings and organic traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

• Generate reports on keyword performance, backlinks, and traffic trends.

• Provide insights and suggestions based on SEO data and analytics.

6. Social Media & SEO Integration:

• Support social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Learn how social signals impact SEO and contribute to brand growth.
