Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

∎ B.Sc in CSE candidates are also encouraged to apply
∎
∎ Training/Trade Course: SEO
∎
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: search engine optimization
∎ Skills Required: understanding of all search engine and functions as well as marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop optimization strategies that increase search engine results rankings of the websites of our Group.
∎
∎ Develop and integrate content marketing strategies and draft SEO-friendly content.
∎
∎ Lead all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical strategies.
∎
∎ Develop and implement link-building strategy based on needs.
∎
∎ Using various social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the sites of the Group.
∎
∎ Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the Group's websites through effective community building.
∎
∎ Check on a continuous basis for search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of the Group's websites and make recommendations for improvement.
∎
∎ Optimize interactive digital content assets to maximize organic search traffic while also helping drive lead capture and support both paid and organic social engagement.
∎
∎ Collaborate and communicate with other marketing team members to ensure SEO strategy aligns with marketing goals.
∎
∎ Update contents and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
∎
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
∎
∎ Working knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
∎
∎ Ability to use popular SEO tools, Google tools, and content management software
∎
∎ Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
∎
∎ Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
∎
∎ On-page, off-page SEO & Technical SEO skills.
∎
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎
∎ Content writing and copywriting skills with solid knowledge in SMM would give an added advantage.
