Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver on-site technical support during surface preparation and coating application.
∎ Guide customers and contractors on correct product usage, mixing ratios, application techniques, and curing times.
∎ Troubleshoot coating issues and suggest corrective actions.
∎ Conduct regular visits to project sites to inspect coating works and ensure compliance with specifications.
∎ Monitor application conditions (temperature, humidity, surface conditions) and document as per QA/QC standards.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with applicators, engineers, and project stakeholders.
∎ Provide post-application follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for product and process improvement.
∎ Conduct training sessions and technical demonstrations for internal teams, clients, and contractors on coating technologies and safety protocols.
∎ Prepare daily site reports, application checklists, and technical service reports.
∎ Maintain project documentation related to coating performance and compliance.
