Role Overview

Betopia Group is expanding its global partner-led sales ecosystem, working with sales agents and partners across multiple states in the United States. To support this growth, we are seeking a Partner Successor Manager who will manage day-to-day partner communication, lead coordination, pipeline tracking, and internal sales alignment.

This role is designed for a professional who demonstrates early managerial capability, ownership, and strong coordination skills, with exposure to international B2B sales operations and global IT services.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partner Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary coordination point for assigned US-based sales partners and agents

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication aligned with US business standards and timelines

  • Receive client leads, RFQs, requirement briefs, and Excel-based lead sheets from partners

Lead & Pipeline Management

  • Validate incoming leads for completeness, accuracy, and relevance.

  • Log and maintain all leads in structured Excel trackers and CRM systems.

  • Categorize leads by service line (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, SaaS, Software Development, etc.).

  • Track lead progress and ensure disciplined follow-ups across all stages.

Internal Coordination & Sales Support

  • Coordinate with internal sales and presales teams for proposal preparation and requirement clarification.

  • Track proposal timelines, pricing discussions, and approvals.

  • Ensure partners receive timely updates, proposals, and next steps.

Reporting & Process Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead and pipeline reports.

  • Support partner onboarding documentation and operational processes.

  • Follow internal SOPs for partner management, data handling, and escalation.

  • Identify execution gaps and escalate risks or delays to the reporting manager.
