• The ideal candidates need to Contact and collect information from the clients to prepare their all countries visa application.

• Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service,

• Ensuring that the process runs smoothly.Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.

• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct,

• preparing and checking all legal documents.

• Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.

• Write customized forwarding letters for individual clients.

• Complete online visa application correctly.Schedule appointments with the Embassy.

• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct,

• Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients.Take payments.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the clients and other stake holders.
