∎ Presently this SBU is inviting expression of interest for the following position at head office in Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the merchandising department
∎ To develop goals & strategic plans and get it approved from the management
∎ To ensure execution of goals & strategic plans
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of companys' production capacity
∎ To retain existing buyers and pursue expansion of business from them
∎ To bring in new buyers and secure orders by self and through team members
∎ To oversee entire merchandising activities from buyers' exploration till shipment
∎ To visit factory every week as and when required
∎ To maintain close liaison with factories
∎ To follow any other directions assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years of experience in marketing & merchandising in knit garments with 5 years as head of department
∎ Should be a team player.
