What You’ll Do

As the Senior UX Designer – Team Lead, you'll take ownership of the user experience across several high-impact digital products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and guiding a team of UX/UI designers in delivering outstanding user experiences across web and mobile platforms

• Taking projects from initial research and conceptualization through to high-fidelity design and developer handoff

• Setting and upholding design standards, systems, and accessibility best practices across all touchpoints

• Conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to shape product direction

• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive product strategies

• Mentoring team members, running design critiques, and building a strong, user-focused design culture

• Evolving our design processes and workflows to support fast-paced product development

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with deep UX expertise, strong leadership instincts, and a product-focused mindset. You should bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, including 3 or more years in a senior or team lead role

• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work across complex web and mobile applications

• Strong command of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other modern design and prototyping platforms

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and design systems

• The ability to translate research, data, and business goals into clean, usable, and scalable design solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams in Agile environments
