Job Context:
∎ Fair Pattern Inc. is a recognized provider of Information Technology and professional services catering to major companies in the Finance, Manufacturing, Education, eCommerce, Retail, and Luxury space. We are currently looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designer in Dhaka for one of our major clients. Candidate should have a very good understanding of modern UI trends, an out-of-the-box thinker with extreme creative aptitude. Candidates need to be fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional working experience in Figma, adobe xd, adobe photoshop, and adobe illustrator.
∎ Strong experience in UI/UX and Web / Mobile application design.
∎ Strong experience in responsive design and grid systems.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
∎ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 4+ years experience in leading UI and UX design.
∎ Solid understanding of creating user-centred experiences with complex requirements.
∎ Driven to innovate and lead creative workflows and processes for the team.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Proficient knowledge of Figma, Adobe Xd, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
∎ Expertise in motion design and web or mobile development is a bonus.
∎ Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
∎ Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills Must.
