Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s or Bachelor’s in any discipline from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. Candidates having professional/ internationally accredited Certification on OSH and Auditing will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities with potential factories
∎ Building business relationships with current and potential clients/ factories
∎ Maintaining short- and long-term development plans for RMG factories, understanding client needs and offering solutions and support as per BRAC guideline
∎ Coordinate and facilitate EBT (Enterprise Based Training) program at factory premises. Collect relevant and required documents from factory Focal Point
∎ Provide support to the BRAC Skills Development Programme for Safety Management System Training facilitating both in institutional and factory based setting
∎ Facilitate and implement training on different components of safety management. (Fire, Electrical, Structural etc.)
∎ Assist to explore develop business cases, concept notes, proposal (e.g. decent work and OSH Strategy), reports, budgets etc. as and when required
∎ Assist to establish/ implement safety management SOP both in institutional and factory based setting
∎ Contribute to develop training materials of Decent Work
∎ Implementation of Decent Work in RMG factories
∎ Regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities & Prepare, analyse all relevant reports and documentation as required by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Training and Development, Compliance Audit or other related field of RMG sector
∎ Have an understanding on Socio-economic context of the country
∎ Detailed understanding of issues related to national skills development and TVET sector, training for employment and employability within the country and abroad
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Excellent ICT skills including MS Office (particularly Word and Excel, Power Point)
∎ Excellent skills in report writing and documentation, organising, monitoring and site management
