Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tourist visa requirements for various countries.
∎ Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel advisories.
∎ Review and verify client documents, including passports, financial statements, and supporting materials.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.
∎ Handle complex visa cases and provide solutions to clients with unique circumstances.
∎ Train and mentor junior visa counsellors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses.
∎ Resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of visa requirements for popular tourist destinations (Schengen, USA, UK, Australia).
∎ Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using visa application portals and related software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
