Experience working with UK customer is expected.
5 years working experience in sweater is minimum.
Candidate who is ready to join immediately will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support in review of proto, seal and size set samples for styles sourced.
Work with factories at the development stage to assess the potential risk in Production and provide in advance Preventative measure before production.
Provide expertise technical support to the Design team / Buying and the Production team.
Sample Fit review and Approval.
Manage sealing for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and Plan to cut calendar time frame.
Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production.
Execute induction training for new Suppliers on Pattern system and quality standards / Measurement chart / Technical documents.
Execute advance Technical training and Workshop for suppliers on timely basis with the help of Specialist in the industry.
Travel periodically to factories to review and upgrade their progress on sampling performance.
Review Technical Packs for accuracy & completeness at various development stage.
Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers.
Carry out Initial Technical reviews with Suppliers at sample proto stage on a selective basis.
Work on Preventative measures at the earliest development stage with the consideration on Production feasibility.
Provide technical support during the Product development trip.
Carry out assignments at the discretion of the Technical Manager or Business head.
