We are looking for a motivated and dynamic "Senior Student Counsellor" to join our Dhaka team and guide students toward their dream of studying overseas.

Education

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Education, or English).

Experience

-1/2 years of relevant experience in student counselling, UK higher education consultancy, or related areas such as Immigration & Education Consultancy Services or Educational Technology (EdTech) startups.

-Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

As an International Student Recruitment Officer, you will:

1. Counsel students on admissions to universities in the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, including course selection and visa requirements.

2. Follow up with students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.

3. Guide students through documentation, application processes, and visa procedures.

4. Maintain communication with UK university representatives and other international partners.

5. Achieve monthly recruitment targets by actively engaging prospective students.

6. Participate in promotional events such as educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars.

7. Maintain accurate student records and ensure diligent follow-ups.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and follow-up campaigns.

Skills & Expertise

-Student counselling and education guidance

-Customer Relationship Management (CRM) handling

-Expertise in immigration and education consultancy

-Knowledge of UK, US, and international education systems

Additional Requirements

-Age 25–35 years.

-Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both verbal and written).

-Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

-Familiarity with UK university admission processes is highly preferred.

-Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

-Knowledge of international education markets and current UK immigration policies is a plus.
