Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experienced in storekeeping, stock management, and record maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the feed mill or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely updates in the inventory system.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare and process requisitions for stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Implement and enforce safety and security measures for the store.
• Train and mentor junior store staff to maintain high-performance standards.
