Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and deliver materials in FIFO method.
∎ Prepare the indent and inventorial works combination with all maintenance section.
∎ Prepare daily store statement and update stock resister.
∎ Observe and monitor the local purchase, bill entry, IOU Adjust etc in emergency time.
∎ Ensure maximum use of all material and reserve store related documents. Check and balance of all materials.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on material distribution
∎ Excellent Writing Skill in English and Bengali
∎ Basic knowledge on computer applications
∎ Inventory Management knowledge
