Experience:
BSc in Nursing is required, while an MSc in Nursing is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Previous experience of managing nursing team
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Knowledge of English and Bangla typing is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, under pressure, and in a sensitive environment
Some experience in or understanding of the health sector
Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high-security risks, and harsh living conditions. Works and lives in a flexible, adaptable, and resilient manner.

The Opportunity
The Senior Staff Nurse is a key member of the 24/7 SCI Hospital team. S/he is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services for Rohingya Refugees in Camp-15 & 21. The Senior Staff Nurse will supervise junior nursing staff and ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Additionally, s/he will prepare and remain ready to provide support during outbreaks or emergencies, contributing to the delivery of reliable healthcare services in challenging settings.
