Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

BSc in Nursing is required, while an MSc in Nursing is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.

  • Previous experience of managing nursing team

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and education

  • Knowledge of English and Bangla typing is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, under pressure, and in a sensitive environment

  • Some experience in or understanding of the health sector

  • Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high-security risks, and harsh living conditions. Works and lives in a flexible, adaptable, and resilient manner.

The Opportunity

The Senior Staff Nurse is a key member of the 24/7 SCI Hospital team. S/he is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services for Rohingya Refugees in Camp-15 & 21. The Senior Staff Nurse will supervise junior nursing staff and ensure the smooth operation of the nursing unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Additionally, s/he will prepare and remain ready to provide support during outbreaks or emergencies, contributing to the delivery of reliable healthcare services in challenging settings.

Contract Type: Contractual till 31st May 2026
