Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• B.Sc in Nursing from an accredited academic and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• M.Sc. In Nursing/MSS/MPH Preferred.

• RN passed.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Hospital & 1 year in Teaching

• Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working

• Must have job related educational background.

• Preferred: Experience in College.

• Willing to take challanges of work pressure & development.

• To perform additional duties to meet with the Company`s needs as required and assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor nursing students during clinical placements in hospitals and healthcare settings

• Demonstrate clinical procedures and ensure students follow proper nursing practices.

• Bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

• Evaluate students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure students adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with hospital authorities and nursing staff to facilitate smooth clinical training.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and clinical logs.

• Assist in developing and updating clinical training plans and materials.

• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• Support students in developing professional behavior, communication skills, and critical thinking.

• Any other task assigned by authority.
