• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Position Summary:

The Sr. Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring, and assisting in all nursing activities in the respective critical care units under the supervision of senior medical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients in assigned units (Dialysis/CCU/NICU/ICU).

• Administer medication and treatment as per physician’s direction.

• Record and report patient conditions accurately and timely.

• Assist doctors during rounds and emergency procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the ward.

• Prepare and operate medical equipment as required.

• Ensure proper documentation, shift handover, and confidentiality.

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Participate in training, workshops, and quality improvement programs.

• Maintain professional behavior and uphold the reputation of Aurora Specialized Hospital.

• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and instructions from supervisors.

• Participate in regular professional development training.
