Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain a data collection tool/platform for gathering weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports from BRAC and SRs.
∎ Ensure data quality through interventions such as data validation and provide support to strengthen recording, reporting systems, and preservation channels at the field level.
∎ Coordinate with the National TB Control Programme (NTP) for quality reporting and troubleshooting web-based reporting (eTB manager).
∎ Prepare project reports, case studies, document lessons learned, successful approaches, and challenges for management, LFA, donors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Support the project M&E system and manage the MEAL mechanism in coordination with BRAC MEAL department, to regularly track, analyse, and report performance indicators.
∎ Oversee field activities and build field staff capacity on systems through visits and resolve issues, contributing field experience to the project's M&E and MIS system development.
∎ Represent the organisation in various forums, meetings, and conferences to contribute to achieving project goals.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of the Senior MIS Specialist is to optimise the functionality of Management Information Systems, employing innovative techniques and technical proficiency to enhance operational efficiency. This involves spearheading the implementation of the electronic document management system throughout the project. Key responsibilities include developing monitoring tools and reporting formats for TB control activities, with a focus on continual improvement. Additionally, fostering a transition towards government stewardship and long-term sustainability is prioritized, ensuring alignment with overarching project goals.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
