Skills & Expertise:

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Python and the ODOO framework

• Clear understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and status codes.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM).

• Strong command over database management and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Linux CLI, Git version control and AWS infrastructure.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of ODOO front-end (Owl JS) is a plus.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Soft Skills

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Django, Vue.js, and Odoo (Python). This role involves full-stack development, system integration, and customization of business applications to meet evolving company needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of backend/frontend frameworks, and hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop backend applications using Django and Odoo.
• Build responsive user interfaces with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code.

Odoo Customization & Integration

• Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new modules.
• Integrate Odoo with various platforms (CRM, Email/SMS Gateways, Payment APIs).
• Work with Odoo’s OWL JS framework (preferred).

Database & System Management

• Design and manage PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data security.
• Perform basic Linux server administration and deployment tasks.
• Deploy and monitor systems in AWS or similar cloud environments.

Team Collaboration

• Work in Hibrid, Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Maintenance & Optimization

• Troubleshoot issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance software solutions.
