∎ Job Type Full Time & Work From Home (prefer residency in Dhaka)
∎ Salary 80,000 BDT++ (based on years of experience)
∎ Joining Date 1st/2nd week of September, 2021

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prioritize and clearly define work responsibilities for the team.
∎ Manage and mentor team members with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.
∎ Standardize analysis, design, development, testing, and release processes within the team
∎ Partner effectively with product managers, architects, business partners, and stakeholders to plan product releases, deliver high-quality results, meet all project requirements & deadlines and ensure development efforts optimized to support business needs and objectives
∎ Ensure all new development goes through an appropriate quality testing process and have solid release plans for hand-over to live operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Several years (min. 5) of experience as front-end / full -stack developer.
∎ Team management experience.
∎ Experience of handling foreign client.
∎ Git, Python
∎ NoSQL / SQL Databases, Micro services, Rest API's
∎ Strong knowledge in java and their framework (Spring Boot, JPA or etc)/ Phython and their framework (Flask, SQLAIchemy, PyMongo, etc)
∎ Strong knowlege of CI/CD pipeline, Docker, Git
∎ In Depth experience at least one of the front-end frameworks
∎ Working Experience of DevOps and Cloud Computing tools available in AWS and AZURE

Salary:
∎ 80,000 BDT++ (based on years of experience)
