Looking for a Senior Server Administrator based in Bangladesh to lead our infrastructure scaling and security efforts.

You will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our diverse ecosystem of applications—ranging from high-traffic web apps to specialized OTT platforms—remains performant, secure, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture: Design, implement, and manage scalable, high-availability server environments for our private infrastructure.

• Multi-Stack Environment Management: Create and optimize production environments for PHP, Node.js, Golang, Rust, and Python.

• Security & Mitigation: Implement rigorous server hardening and proactive security protocols, with a focus on DDoS mitigation and intrusion prevention.

• OTT Collaboration: Work closely with our OTT Platform Engineers to ensure seamless media delivery, low-latency streaming, and robust backend support.

• Automation & DevOps: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Technical Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is "language agnostic" when it comes to the backend and can manage the following with ease:

• Operating Systems: Expert-level Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) on dedicated/bare-metal hardware.

• DevOps Tools: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.

• CI/CD: Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Security: Deep understanding of firewalls, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and custom DDoS protection strategies.

• Hosting & Billing Automation: Hands-on experience managing and maintaining WHMCS and HostBill environments.

• Monitoring: Implementation of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for real-time system health tracking.
