    • Legal documentation and registration processes
    • Development timelines and milestone-based payments
    • Exit strategies and resale procedures
  • Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bengali
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits

  • Existing network of high-net-worth individuals and potential investors
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation in Bangladesh/India

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in land share projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and in-depth knowledge of the land share business model prevalent in South Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of land share projects by identifying and engaging potential investors and buyers
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to explain land share concepts, project details, and investment benefits
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to clients on land share investment opportunities, ROI projections, and market trends
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring transparency throughout the sales process
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, pricing strategies, and customer preferences
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
