Responsibilities & Context:
Need to have atleast 6-8 years experience in real estate sector
Actively sell commercial properties by generating leads and achieving sales targets.
Set clear sales goals and develop strategic plans to meet monthly objectives.
Reach out to prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and direct meetings.
Arrange and conduct property visits with potential clients.
Address client inquiries, manage concerns professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect necessary documents from customers for transaction completion.
Maintain and regularly update the client database.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports to supervisors.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
