Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Development organization, INGO, Research and Consulting Firms, Think Tank Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and development project management,
∎ Proposal & concept papers writing,
∎ Client relationship management and coordination,
∎ Understanding and developing research methodology and justifying the result of research
∎ Devising methods and procedures for obtaining data
∎ Understanding, analyzing and interpreting data by Using Microsoft Excel, SPSS and other data analyzing software,
∎ Research report writing and disseminate research findings and providing economic advice to a range of stakeholders through presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Effective economic, project development and analytical skills
∎ Ability to apply and interpret statistical/economic/business analysis
∎ Ability to provide support for project management, research and data analysis for the wide variety of economic & development projects
∎ Ability to manage qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field investigation, FGD, KII, IDI etc.
∎ Ability to support online data collection system; like online data collection platform development, activation the platform in the Tab/smartphone
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including report writing
∎ Ability to work independently, as an effective member of a team, and in collaboration with a diverse group of individuals, consultants, clients, and so on.
∎ The applicant/s should have experience in research designing, data analysis and report writing, project management & coordination, proposal and report writing etc.
∎ The person with PMP certification will get priority.
∎ B.Sc in Civil/Environmental Engineering from any reputed University also can apply if capable to perform the mentioned responsibility.
