Job Context:
∎ NVSL is a research and consulting company with multinational staff providing professional services from conception to completion to many national and international organizations including JICA, JETRO, IFC, etc. for research solutions. Our solutions included Topographic Survey, Environmental Impact Assessment, Design, and Master planning for infrastructure development projects.
∎ Now NVSL is planning to hire an energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic resource who will understand all aspects of infrastructure development projects and capable to manage projects from conception to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Infrastructure, Research and development project management
∎ Proposal & concept papers writing
∎ Client relationship management and coordination
∎ Understanding and developing research methodology according to project requirements.
∎ Devising methods and procedures for obtaining data
∎ Understanding, analyzing and interpreting data by Using Microsoft Excel, SPSS and other data analyzing software
∎ Data collection, Data Analysis, Report Writing and Presentations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate/s must have Honors/ Masters Degree in Economics/Development Studies/ Business studies/ Statistics with at least two first classes or CGPA of at least 3.00.
∎ 4+ years working experience in any research & consulting firm, INGO, development organization, Thinktank organization.
∎ The applicant/s should have experience in research designing, data analysis and report writing, project management & coordination, proposal and report writing, etc.
∎ The person with PMP certification will get priority.
∎ Effective project management, project development, and analytical skills
∎ Ability to apply and interpret statistical/economic/business analysis
∎ Ability to manage qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field investigation, FGD, KII, IDI, etc.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including report writing
∎ Ability to work independently, as an effective member of a team, and in collaboration with a diverse group of individuals, consultants, clients, and so on

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable (Based on ability and experience).
