Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Factory operations, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with all aspects of production and quality inspection system.
∎ Knowledge of apparel manufacturing techniques, systems and equipment, technical skills.
∎ Read and understand QC file, customer comments and specifications.
∎ Ensure Product quality checking as per approved sample.
∎ Ability to perform Risk Assessment of pattern, sewing , finishing and Technical issues.
∎ Able to evaluate Production size set, inline, PP meeting and QC follow up in factory.
∎ Good product knowledge on Accept or reject finished items as per customer requirement.
∎ Organized and accurate with a keen eye for detail inspections.
∎ Able to perform independent PPMeeting , In-Line and Final inspection.
∎ Setting quality standards following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes in factory.
∎ Ability to discuss Quality Issues with factory and management for remedial issues
∎ Ensure whether all factories are in-line with current procedures and compliance issues as per the customer standards.
∎ Conduct inspection at factories and play a more independent role in decision making on daily quality issues.
∎ Monitor the production status from Fabric Inspection to End finishing and carton.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Team Working Spirit and hard working Ability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Education: Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
∎ Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 years in related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/Audit, Textile, and Quality Inspection.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories and Textile.
∎ Relevant work experience in buying office or Factories in relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
∎ Ability to work in a fast working environment.
∎ Strong Spoken oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English Compulsory.
