The Role:
As our Senior QA Engineer, you’ll own the quality process from end to end. You’ll combine manual testing, automated end-to-end testing, and load/performance testing to ensure we ship robust, scalable, and bug-free software. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines — ensuring issues are caught before they reach production.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in software QA, with a mix of manual, automated, and performance testing.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
Strong experience with load/performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Locust, etc.)
Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and working closely with DevOps teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Scripting skills (JavaScript/ TypeScript / Python, or Bash) to write test automation is a must.
API testing experience with Postman/Newman or any other tools.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with CS fundamentals
Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
Experience of React.js / Vue.js
