Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support in establishment and maintenance of an information management hub of the health and nutrition sector
∎ Maintain database management system and prevent data from being lost.
∎ Ensure data cleaning, reconciliations, and backup
∎ Manage and prepare Periodic and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure reporting, analysis, forecasting and analyzing trend using MIS data
∎ Responsible for collection, compilation and preparation of project related reports and timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly reports.
∎ Support to prepare quarterly and yearly donor reports.
∎ Responsible for sharing information with health sector, nutrition sector, camp actors and relevant government stakeholders upon request from the concerned.
∎ Support to organize training and orientation for the Project Officer- Data Analyst and Reporting
∎ Provide supportive supervision to the Project Officer- Data Analysis and Reporting
∎ Be responsible for the identification, measurement, accumulation, analysis, preparation, and communication regarding data as used by management to plan, evaluate and control the project
∎ Preserve the accumulated data to ensure the data analysis to prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly MIS reports on health and nutrition project for both the internal and donor reporting
∎ Spend 20% time for the field visit for DQA, monitoring and reporting purposes
∎ Sensitize H&N staff on environmental issues to create environmental responsiveness at workplace
∎ Ensure CFRM mechanism by ensuring timely data analysis of the exit interviews
∎ Analyze the data on noise level measurement regularly to enhance the noise control at the triage of the health facilities
∎ Contribute to prepare monitoring checklist(s) to monitor facility and community level activities
∎ Ensure GAM issues and disability inclusion issues are rightly addressed in the reporting system by providing gender and age segregated data
∎ Ensure the safety of program participants, individuals who come into contact with the organization, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), in order to achieve the program's safeguarding goals. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedures in the event of any reportable incidents and encourage others to do the same.
∎ This position will be responsible for HIS and reporting activities for clear picture of progress of the project, quantifiable status for smooth running of the project. This position will also provide reports on knowledge management to improve service/activity quality of the project under the supervision of Deputy Manager, HIS Health and Nutrition
