Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Sciences preferably Anthropology, Development Studies, Psychology, Public Health, Communications.

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Programme Manager will take the programmatic lead in SRHR and Gender related activities in transforming knowledge and information into effective advocacy and social-behavioral change.
∎ The Senior Programme Manager SRHR and Gender initiates new proposal in the area of SRHR and/or Gender and ensures that all SRHR and/or Gender projects are carried out/implemented effectively keeping in mind the sustainable growth of RedOrange.
∎ The Senior Programme Manager leads the relevant programme staff and is a member of the Senior Management Team of the organisation.
∎ He/she will work closely together with the Senior Advisor SRHR & Gender and will report to the Head of Programmes.
∎ Develop, Design and write programs funding proposal to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services in SRHR and Gender to support the strategic direction of the organization and also take programmatic lead in all projects within the organization related to SRHR and Gender
∎ Contribute to strategic development of RedOrange as a social enterprise with the business development team
∎ Keep in touch with national, international and Government organizations working in SRHR and Gender
∎ Develop operational plans for the projects/project plans
∎ Develop monitoring and evaluation method together with the Manager M&E to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
∎ Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
∎ Ensure goals are met including customer/partner satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance
∎ Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of programme status throughout its life cycle
∎ Guide the process of advocacy and social behavioral change communications
∎ Analyze programme risks and mitigate these.
