Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring to prepare daily, weekly, monthly work plan for smooth rice seed production.
∎ The land selection and farmer's selection for rice seed production.
∎ Monitoring seed production field in a proper manner.
∎ Ensuring to train up of your lead farmers for smooth operation.
∎ Communicate with different companies to collect seed production related data.
∎ Ensuring quality seed production related work like cleaning and efficient delivery to the SPC.
∎ Ensure preparing and submitting production related report (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) to your supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
