Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Senior Production Manager is senior-level position and will responsible and accountable for individual units efficiently to meet production targets basis the overall factory's target in order to ensure manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently across all areas of operations within set timelines, guidelines, code of conduct and limits of the organization policies.
∎ Plan and follow the total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Conduct training for operational sustainability.
∎ Figure out deviations to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the previous plan period.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain.
∎ Interact with reporting person to identify and remove any obstacles to foster an efficient and value driven work culture.
∎ Build and supply professional individual to the various operational wings across the group for sustainable development.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation of all employees reporting to the position Application of core industrial engineering concepts to garments manufacturing processes Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Hands on experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Should have to maintain a good communication with Production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Should have to able to ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Should have to able to ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Should have to able to evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement.
∎ To help achieve daily planed target.
∎ Should have to perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
