Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Lead the design process for digital products, from concept to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
∎ - Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
∎ - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
∎ - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
∎ - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals.
∎ - Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products by maintaining and evolving design systems.
∎ - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve design quality and user experience.
∎ - Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
∎ - Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback effectively.
∎ - Iterate on designs based on data, research, and user feedback to enhance product usability and aesthetics.
