Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and pricing
∎ Process and verify financial transactions and documentation
∎ Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
∎ Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
∎ Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
∎ Prepare and manage sales reports and order documentation
∎ Support the sales team in achieving targets and improving customer satisfaction
