Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant subject from a recognized and reputed university.
Required Skills:
10 years of experience in procurement planning and management
A minimum of 7 years prior experience in logistics management with USAID or FCDO funded complex/large scale funded project.
Substantial experience in all technical areas of logistics operations including procurement, fleet management and communications.
Ability to develop/implement a complex logistical plan to support different types of programs and coordinating resources to meet the program objectives.
Ability to synthesize and analyze complex information, and make clear, informed decisions.
Experience in advising and supporting others at all levels with logistics aspects of a program, including strategic thinking and planning.
Ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
Excellent planning, management, and coordination skills, with the ability to organize a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of progressive fulltime employment in a similar position preferably in nonprofit sector. INGO experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands
Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Procurement and Administration Manager major responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate all program logistics, travel, and fleet coordination
Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of project activities.
Coordinate booking venue space for all project trainings, workshops, and meetings for between 20-40 participants
Organize and coordinate air travel for a large staff and project stakeholders
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with organization procedures and operations.
Manage procurement and distribution of office supplies and stock management of office supplies and equipment.
Assist in the preparation, development maintenance of the procurement plan
Coordinate fleet management
Manage office drivers
Select vendors and negotiate contracts and rates with vendors.
Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
