Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile sales related information from the E-Sales/Area office/IMIS and generate various reports like day-wise sales revenue report, periodical performance report, sales promotion activity report, etc.
∎ Assist in annual and periodical sales projection allocation among Area and Regional Offices.
∎ Allocate Promotional materials and Gift items among Area Offices and update the monthly consumption and balance status of the same.
∎ Coordinate with all Area and Regional Offices to receive routine reports like- SMs' Monthly Report, SMs' Market Survey Report, SMs' Individual Market Survey Report, Area Executive Monthly Reports, POP Reports, Field Promotion Activity Reports, etc.
∎ Update the product price list and share with the concerned internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Participate in tender and submit price quotation to different NGOs and Institutions for product supply.
∎ Assist during ISO auditing of Sales Division by external auditor and also act as an internal ISO auditor as and when assigned.
∎ Maintain & keep records of all documents relates to market return non-conforming products from Area Offices customer complaints and liaison with Warehouse for necessary action.
∎ Updated and keep record of specific information of all members of Sales Division in a prescribed format maintaining for Sales Management.
∎ Prepare presentations on behalf of the sales division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Target oriented with a 'can do' attitude
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office application suite
Salary:
