∎ A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in team leadership or supervisory role field in similar organization.
∎ Good exposure to garments and accessories industries.
∎ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skill
∎ Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Inspiring and motivating: The ability to energies and encourage the team, fostering a positive and driven atmosphere. This includes painting a clear picture of team goals and individual contribution.
∎ Setting Direction: Clearly defining team objectives and aligning them with the overall company sales strategy.
∎ Decisiveness: Making timely and well-informed decisions, even under pressure, and taking ownership of those decisions.
∎ Essentials:
