Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in CSE / CS / ICE or another related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring daily IT operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
∎ Coordinating technology (hardware and software) installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
∎ Develop, maintain, update, and facilitate IT orientation of new staff. Provide day-to-day support to all staff in all IT-related matters to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
∎ Selection and purchase of new and replacement hardware and software as per necessity.
∎ Ensure the best value of money in all IT-related expenditures of the organization.
∎ Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
∎ Generating performance reports for operating systems.
∎ Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
∎ Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
∎ Structured network cabling, maintenance, and troubleshooting power backup system.
∎ Planning and auditing Internet bandwidth and IP addresses for the whole network and hosted devices.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: knowledge in ERP, Networking and Security Access control, Server Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AWS Cloud, Database Administrator (DBA), Linux, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Database
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
∎ Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
∎ Highly organized, driven, passionate, and detail-oriented.
