• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• 2 to 6 years

• Keep the document of transports up to date.
• Keep a record of transport-related issues and prepare reports as per requirement.
• Maintain liaison with third-party transport service providers so that transport can be arranged in case of emergency.
• Process documents & bills for third-party transport services.
• Review, and reconcile the transportation cost, minimize cost, recommend cost-effective transportation channels, and analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
• Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced and ensure the smooth operation of the commercial fleet.
• Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles—liaison with the workshops from time to time.
• Ensure the return trip of the vehicle to make the transport department cost-effective.
• To prepare & implement transport policy for smooth operations & controlling the all-commercial vehicles of FactoryOverseeing the driver management, fuel management and etc.
• Ensure that proper inventory of all vehicle components is maintained and checked frequently.
• Planned, organized, and managed the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work was accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Ensuring company compliance with all transport policies, legislation, and procedures.
