Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should have sound knowledge and implementation experience on Social Compliance, Security Compliance, Fire Safety, and Electric Safety & Building Safety.
∎ The incumbent should have experience on certification and implementation of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT, HIGG index principles.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for conducting internal audit and taking corrective action.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to period and schedule organization of Fire Drill Training/First Aid Training/Rescue Training, etc. for all employees.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for ensuring various health & safety standards for development of improved working conditions throughout the factory premises in accordance with legal as well as customer's code of conduct.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for preparing & doing follow-ups on various compliance-related work.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for handling customer/buyer visits & audits at the factory.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance issues as directed by respective departments.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for Standing for vendor compliance requirements and follow up compliance issues.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for ensuring facility's compliance requirements as per local/international legal standards.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for finding out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for preparing & updating of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for preparing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for assisting in preparing / updating policies for compliance.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and making renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ The incumbent is responsible for ensuring & monitoring PPE (Personal protective equipment) for health & safety to secure working environment.
