• Material receives and issue on daily basis, material receive (MR) in ERP.
• Intercompany material movement/transfer.
• Inventory management (update of stock book with physical stock).
• Estimate monthly requirement and prepare monthly requisition for all store (Farm & Feed mill) item.
• Daily and monthly statement prepare for all store item.
• Issue gate pass and challan for any type of goods and birds.
• Monitor non layer/cull bird/egg sales and check weighing records during non-layer / cull bird sales.
• Store related ERP work and monthly ERP statement send to head office.
• Keep price record and goods quality and specification for any product received.
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of any product received in store. Inform concern person/s or Manager, if necessary.
• Inform Farm Manager regarding surplus materials and any product which is close to be expired and take action/s accordingly.
• Keep record for gate silo feed filling & feed taking out.
• Egg grading & egg move through ERP as per delivery challan.
• Create diesel requisition, physically receive, maintaining record of consumption.
• Record medicine & fridge room temperature.
• Checking load &Unload of all materials.
• Check expires date of vaccine, medicine, disinfectants & report to farm in charge.
• Feed mill row materials receive and maintain stock as per FIFO.
• Willing stay inside the farm.
• Follow all rules as per company policy.
• Work under pressure as per company needed22.
• Maintain strict bio-security in farm & follow instruction of farm manager/In-charge.
