Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop and onboard new dealers, retailers, and distributors in assigned territories.
· Ensure consistent sales growth from existing dealers, retailers, and workshops.
· Regularly visit automobile workshops to promote products and ensure availability of spare parts and lubricants.
· Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, retailers, and workshop owners to strengthen market presence.
· Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support business strategy.
· Monitor spare parts and lubricant stock levels and coordinate with the supply/logistics team to ensure smooth availability.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
· Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales/visit reports.
