Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Market Research and Analysis:
∎ a. Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor strategy within the home furnishing Industry.
∎ b. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
∎ 2. Strategy Development:
∎ a. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the outlet, and boost sales of curtain and upholstery fabrics.
∎ b. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, and in-store promotions.
∎ 3. Branding and Positioning:
∎ a. Work on enhancing the brand image through consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity.
∎ b. Develop and maintain promotional materials such as catalogs and social Media advertisements that reflect the brand’s values and product offerings.
∎ 4. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
∎ a. Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay per click) campaigns, and social media advertising, to drive online traffic and increase digital sales.
∎ b. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ 5. Event Planning and Coordination:
∎ a. Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and in-store promotions, to engage customers and promote new collections.
∎ b. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
∎ 6. Customer Relationship Management:
∎ a. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and enhance customer loyalty.
∎ b. Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive experience with the outlet.
∎ 7. Sales Support:
∎ a. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support sales initiatives.
∎ b. Provide marketing materials and tools to the sales team to aid in customer engagement and conversions.
∎ 8. Budget Management:
∎ a. Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures against planned budgets.
∎ b. Report on marketing expenditures and ROI (Return of Investment) to ensure financial efficiency.
∎ 9. Reporting and Analysis:
∎ a. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
∎ b. Provide regular updates to management on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvements.
∎ 10. Industry Trends and Innovations:
∎ a. Stay updated with industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure the outlet remains competitive and innovative.
∎ b. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive marketing success.
∎ 11. Team Collaboration:
∎ a. Work closely with other departments, including design, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and objectives.
∎ b. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve overall business goals and enhance team performance.
