Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to establish the right communication among the sales force,
∎ Create and maintain customer database.
∎ Evaluating the KPI wise monthly performance of the Sales team.
∎ Working closely with sales team to develop sales strategies
∎ Follow up time to time the activities of the sales team.
∎ Find market problem, market share & coverage through Market audit.
∎ Field force locating or tracking them following their Visit plan.
∎ Follow up time to time to submit routine reports & documents.
∎ Preparing Weekly & Monthly sales Report.
∎ Maintenance of field force sales related documents.
∎ Maintaining employee and distributor file.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
