Responsibilities & Context:
To Ensure the Frozen Product Quality·
Ensure that all the food safety measures are followed by the operators or handlers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.
Ensure the cleanliness in the outlets.
Handle products related complain.
Contact with the customers if needed regarding any product issue.
Ensure that FIFO is maintained in every step.
Make sure that cool chain is properly maintained.
Conduct Training to develop and coach Quality Assurance staff through proper coaching, training and counseling to ensure uniform interpretation and application of standards and procedures.
Others relevant assign job from management.
