2-3 Years Field level Experience in sales/purchase.
Persistent in terms of achieving target.
Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluent Bangla speaker.
Willing to travel extensively.
Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, overall leadership capabilities required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.
Daily Visit to the field.
Materializing sales target in a particular area.
Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
Monitoring competitor`s activities & reporting accordingly.
Making contracts and communicating with vendors for product collection.
Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
Collaborating with Logistics & Accounts team for smooth operation.
Regular searching and development of a new market.
