∎ Bachelor or Masters from a reputed Public/Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain social media sites (Facebook, Youtube. Website etc), design and develop visually engaging outbound communication materials including brochures, catalogues, banners, social media, email marketing etc for both print and digital platforms.
∎ Creating Marketing Strategy & Campaign plans for businesses.
∎ Curate content and manage social media profiles for branding across diverse institutions.
∎ Perform extensive market research (including drawback analysis) to assist management in planning and implementing innovative Digital and Traditional marketing strategies to create brand awareness and drive conversion
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ To maintain a database of various media and PR of relevant government agencies; and build a regular rapport with them.
∎ To assist in the implementation of Skate's Corporate Communications Policy.
∎ Preparation of timely daily media monitoring reports.
∎ Communications Material Development:
∎ Draft media/social media releases, different features, transcripts and translations in both Bangla and English.
∎ To develop content for all official digital platforms.
∎ To assist in content development for annual reports, corporate brochures, audio visuals etc.
∎ Event Management:
∎ Documentation, budget and basic accounting:
∎ To prepare accounts, draft work orders, place advertisements and manage media marketers for sponsorship and/or ad requests.
∎ File all the invoices, receipts, copy of cheques and documents related to the departmental disbursement.
∎ Maintain a coordinated communication channel amongst the government/non-government & overseas organizations.
∎ Work with ad agencies and/or PR firms in Bangladesh & to other countries.
∎ Excellent computer literacy.
∎ Hands on experience with image / video editing.
∎ Assist marketing team in content ideation and creating and maintaining content calendar.
∎ Mindset to work extended hours.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 3 years from the relevant field.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
